1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "You") and Indrobeams Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Indrobeams", "Company", "We", "Us"), a private limited company incorporated and registered in India under the Companies Act, governing your access to and use of our website, application portal, internship tracks, mentor reviews, and certification services located at https://indrobeams.online.

By submitting an application, creating an account, or using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Internship Program Nature & Educational Disclaimer

Indrobeams operates an independent, project-based educational internship platform designed to help students and aspiring engineers build practical portfolio skills. Participation in any internship domain constitutes an educational simulation and training engagement, not an employment relationship. No employer-employee relationship, salary, minimum wage, or employment benefits are created between Indrobeams and the student.

Educational Credential Scope: Indrobeams is an independent skills training company and is not an accredited university, college, or degree-granting academic institution. Completion certificates and letters of recommendation represent verified completion of assigned practical project benchmarks. Acceptance of Indrobeams credentials for academic credit, degree fulfillment, internship course requirements, or institutional formalities (such as NOC approval) is strictly at the independent discretion of your degree-granting college or university.

3. Application, Eligibility & Account Credentials

To apply, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal and academic information. Providing falsified college details, resumes, or contact information will result in immediate disqualification.

Upon approval, you are issued an official Student ID and temporary credentials. You are required to update your temporary password upon first login and are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must immediately notify support@indrobeams.online if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Task Submissions & Academic Integrity

All submitted code, repositories, reports, and designs must be your own authentic work. Plagiarism, copying source code without proper attribution, or using third-party work without authorization is strictly prohibited. Indrobeams reserves the right to reject submissions, revoke approvals, or terminate accounts for repeated academic dishonesty.

5. Mentor Reviews & Revisions

Task submissions are reviewed by technical evaluators against published domain criteria. Review turnaround times are typically 24 to 48 business hours. If a submission is marked for revision, you are entitled to review feedback and resubmit your work within the internship duration window.

6. Fees, Currencies & Payment Processing

Applying for an internship, accessing tasks, and submitting milestones is completely free with zero upfront charges.

Upon successful completion and approval of all required project milestones, you may optionally claim an official Certificate of Completion with a permanent QR verification record for the nominal fee of your chosen track shown at checkout (starting from ₹149 for students residing in India, or $9 USD for international students).

Domestic Transactions: For students in India, payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through RBI-authorized payment gateways (Razorpay) including UPI, net banking, and domestic credit/debit cards.

International Transactions: For students outside India, payments are processed in US Dollars (USD) through authorized international gateways (such as PayPal or international card processing). Any currency conversion margins, foreign transaction fees, or intermediary banking charges levied by your issuing bank or card provider are your sole responsibility and are non-refundable.

7. Public Certificate Verification

When a certificate is issued, a verification record is registered on our public verification portal at https://indrobeams.online/verify. Third parties, including prospective employers, background verification agencies, and universities, may view the certificate status, student name, domain, and completion date by providing the Certificate ID or scanning the certificate QR code.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of payment provided that no offer letter, certificate, or letter of recommendation has been issued. Once any formal document or credential has been issued to the student, all fees are strictly non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Indrobeams Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the internship, technical downtime, or third-party decisions regarding employment.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms, their interpretation, and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising out of or in connection with them, the platform, or the services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You irrevocably agree that the competent civil courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction over any dispute, suit, action, or legal proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Indrobeams platform.
